Why do you require government-issued ID?

RELX Club carefully evaluates and validates prospective members to guarantee that candidates are of legal age. We further guarantee that your privacy is our outmost concern and that your personal information will not be used and exploited in any forms.

What is your delivery fee?

We have a standard shipping fee of P100 for all orders in Metro Manila, FREE Shipping for orders above P1000.

Shipping fee for Luzon P200, for Visayas P400, for Mindanao P500, additional charges may apply depending on the 3rd party courier.

Do you have same day delivery?

For Metro Manila ONLY: Orders placed before 11AM from Monday to Saturday will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed beyond 11AM will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Do you deliver outside Metro Manilla?

Yes, we deliver outside Metro Manila. However, delivery schedule varies per group: Luzon 4-5 days, VisMin. 6-7 days, Islands 8-9 days. Dispatch of orders on Mondays to Saturdays only.

Can I change my delivery address?

You can change your address on your account page or contact our customer support team and we will guide you on how to change your registered delivery address on Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct or via email at care@relxclub.com.

Can I change the number of pods?

Apologies. Orders are immediately prepared once received to comply with our commitment to deliver on the same day. Member can always add another order or choose a different flavor on the next order.

Can I change the flavors of pods after placing an order?

Apologies. We are unable to modify order once placed. Orders are immediately prepared once received to comply with our commitment to deliver on the same day. Member can always add another order or choose a different flavor on the next order.

What if I, or my representative, fail to receive my order/s?

In the event that nobody is able to receive the item/s, additional P100 will be charged for Metro Manila, Batangas, Cavite, & Rizal, and P150 for other locations as re-delivery charges.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes we have a return policy. Our customer support team will guide you on how to process the return on Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct or via email at care@relxclub.com.

What if I order beyond the operating hours?

We will start processing your orders as soon as we resume operations the next working day. Working days are Mondays - Saturdays ONLY.

Are you available 24/7?

We are operating from Monday to Saturday, 9AM-6PM.

Do you have a live customer support?

Customer support is available from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, on Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Message or email care@relxclub.com

What payment method do you accept?

We accept Major Credit/Debit Cards, Gcash, GrabPay, and many more!

What happens if I experience errors while ordering or paying online?

Check your inbox if you receive a confirmation letter. If so, the order is placed successfully. Otherwise, send an email to care@relxlcub.com to check on the status of your order.

Can I receive my order to pick up points?

There is no need to pick up your orders as your orders will be delivered at your doorstep.

Can you ship outside the Philippines?

What subscription packages do you offer?

Members can subscribe to our Relx Forever program. To become a member, customer needs to register for a Relx Club account.

What is your delivery fee?

Metro Manila addresses are FREE of Shipping for orders above P1000.

Shipping fee for Luzon P200, for Visayas P400, for Mindanao P500, additional charges may apply depending on the 3rd party courier.

Do you deliver outside Metro Manilla?

Yes, we deliver outside Metro Manila. However, delivery schedule varies per group: Luzon 4-5 days, VisMin. 6-7 days, Islands 8-9 days. Dispatch of orders on Mondays to Saturdays only.

What if I, or my representative, fail to receive my order/s?

In the event that nobody is able to receive the item/s, next delivery will still be free. However, 2nd failed delivery will result to additonal charging of P100 within Metro Manila. For outside Metro Manila, delivery charges depend on our 3rd party logistics partner's fees.

Can I change my pod flavors for the next delivery?

Yes! However, you must make the request to change the flavours seven (7) days before scheduled delivery date, otherwise, we will deliver the same flavor as the previous month.

Can I place an order on behalf of other member/s?

Members can only order using their own account.

Can I add pods on top of my subscriptions?

Yes, but it will be at regular retail price, but delivery is still on us! (batched with regular delivery schedule).

Can I cancel my subscriptions?

Yes you may cancel your subscription. However, the refund amount will be net of cost savings for the products already delivered.

Can I have my subscription delivered in advance?

Unfortunately, the subscription service is only available for monthly delivery based on the date of your first delivery.
